SHE'S ON MY MIND

She's on my mind,

All the time.

Like a lost sheep,

It wanders back to her.

She's on my mind.

In my sleep,

I cannot keep,

But to dream of her.

She's on my mind.

Like a heavy weight,

Bearing down on my heart,

With an ache.

She's on my mind.

Like a thought I cannot shake.

Like a feeling I cannot fake.

Like a fever I cannot break.

She's on my mind,

When I am lonely.

But I am not so alone.

I am only,

Waiting for her return.

She's on my mind.

Calling to me like a Siren.

She's a sad song,

I have been,

Singing all along.
